Project Management

From the very start of the project, we can manage the engagement of suppliers and vendors for all aspects of the event. Negotiating the fees, contracts and setting goals all while managing client needs both pre-production and on-site.

Our full range of suppliers have been tried, tested and trusted by us for almost two decades and are willing to negotiate with us on any event. Supplying our clients with the best options available to them - whether budget friendly or budget no limit.

Designs, Drawings and Renders

It is important to understand the goals of the project before anyone sets foot on site. We will work with our teams and partners to produce a full package of drawings, renders and predictions well ahead of load in day, so you can understand exactly what the audience will be walking in to.

This also allows us to understand any challenges ahead of time, and cut them off efficiently and in the most cost effective manner.
